Please join us for the 2024 AMCA North America Region Meeting at Loews Hotel in Chicago (Rosemont), Illinois, minutes from O’Hare airport.

The AMCA North America Region Meeting will occur May 5-7, 2024.

Content for the NA Region Meeting will feature topical presentations from staff and the Association Board. In addition, meetings for key AMCA committees including AMCARC, ACCARC, Fan, Air Curtain, Damper, and Louver Engineering committees, and Marketing. Take advantage of the opportunity for you and your colleagues to get involved in determining the direction of the association—now and in the future—by participating in these meetings.

There will also be an opportunity to visit the AMCA HQ and laboratory facility in Arlington Heights.

Meeting rates: $450 (early bird through March 1, 2024)  |  $550 (March 2 - April 12, 2024)

The North America Regional Steering Committee will conduct their closed meeting after the Regional Meeting, on May 7.

Steering Committee members should book their hotel rooms accordingly.

Eligibility

AMCA North America Regional Meeting is open to AMCA Member company employees and invited guests.

Cancelation/ Refund/ Substitution Policy

A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by April 12, 2024. AMCA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for cancellation/refund policy exceptions must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than May 10, 2024. After that time, no refund considerations will be made.

Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted before the conference by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per the original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations receiving the special offer after the initial purchase. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.

Payment

All payments will be made in USD. Payment in full is required to process online registrations. Any invoicing must be paid within 30 days of the date listed on the invoice. Any payments not made within 30 days will be canceled and the attendee must re-register for the event at the current rate voiding any discount code.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AMCA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in recordings (both live and on-demand), photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by AMCA and other third parties, including but not limited to the vendors, the host city, and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and exhibit booths visited.
