The Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International Certified Ratings Program (CRP) assures specifiers, buyers, and users of air-system components that manufacturer-published performance data are reliable, accurate, and rated in accordance with applicable product rating manuals; requires publication of pertinent information, including how a certified product was tested and rated, for the selection of air-system components that will provide desired performance; and verifies manufacturer performance ratings through the check-testing of certified product lines in the AMCA International laboratory or an AMCA International independent accredited laboratory on a regular schedule or in response to a challenge.
