The Fine Print
The 2023 AMCA Annual Meeting is open to AMCA Member company employees, AMCA Associates, invited guests and invited business suppliers who sponsor or sponsor this event. Guest registrations are available for those invited by an invited attendee. AMCA reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.
Cancelation/ Refund/ Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 18, 2023. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after October 18, 2023. Submit all requests to AMCA Meetings and Events Manager, Christine Rogers via email at [email protected]. AMCA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than November 5, 2023. After that time, no refund considerations will be made.
Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per the original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
Tours: Please note all tour cancelations must be made by October 18, 2023. Transfers may be made up to the time of the tour and must be shared with AMCA’s meeting and events manager, Christine Rogers, via [email protected].
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
Family and Guests
Invite your spouse or a non-industry guest to Barcelona! Special guest registration is available for $550 for adults and $250 for children 3-12 (Early bird rates available during the early bird window) which includes: Monday keynote speaker, Monday welcome reception, Wednesday keynote speaker, President’s Dinner, and access to Christel’s Guest Lounge throughout the event. You can also purchase individual a-la-carte spouse/guest tickets for the activities taking place on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Please note: guest qualification applies to those individuals who are not in the industry.
All payments will be made in USD. Payment in full is required in order to process online registrations. Any invoicing must be paid within 30 days of the date listed on the invoice. Any payments not made within 30 days will be canceled and the attendee must re-register for the event at the current rate voiding any discount code.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AMCA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in recordings (both live and on-demand), photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by AMCA and other third parties, including but not limited to the vendors, the host city, and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and exhibit booths visited.
