AMCA Green Tips for
High-Performance Air Systems
Supporting ICC Energy and Green Building Week
May 27-31, 2013
Energy efficiency and green construction in building air systems require high-performance, long-lasting products to meet energy, environmental, economic requirements that owners have set for their buildings.
Products alone, however, are only pieces of an enormous and dynamic puzzle. Products must to be properly sized and selected, installed, commissioned, operated, and maintained.
There are a lot of steps on the path to high-performance air systems, so AMCA International is happy to provide some pointers below. AMCA Green Tips was launched to support Energy and Green Building Week, May 7-13, 2012, to assist professionals in the buildings industry, such as engineers, contractors, operators, commissioning providers, and building owners.
We have decided to extend AMCA Green Tips to support High Performance Buildings Week, May 14-20, 2012. High Performance Buildings Week is hosted by the High Performance Buildings Congressional Caucus Coalition, of which AMCA International is a member.
