Q: Who can join AMCA International?
A:

World’s manufacturers of related air system equipment – primarily, but not limited to fans, louvers, dampers, air curtains, airflow measurement stations, acoustic attenuators and other air system components for the industrial, commercial, and residential markets.

Q: What are the benefits of joining AMCA International?
A:

Membership enables attendance at member meetings, participation in the development of the standard.  Reduced pricing on laboratory testing and purchase of Standards/publication.

Q: What are the member fees?
A:

AMCA International has a variety of Catagories.

 AMCA North American Member dues are $3,900 with assessments of .0009 times the dollar value of all shipments worldwide. There is also a minimum assessment of $2,000.

International Member dues are $3,900 with assessments of .0009 times the dollar value of shipments into North America. There is a CRP License Fee of $1,500 per year (Fee covers all certified products) but no assessment fee.

Joint Member (US and Canadian Members Only) dues are $3,900 Joint members sales figures are reported by US or Canadian members only. No assessments or CRP License Fee.

CRP Affiliate annual dues are $ 4,500 with assessments of .0039 times the dollar value of all shipments of products licensed to use the AMCA Seal during the previous calendar year. There is an assessment fee of .0039 times the dollar value of all shipments of products licensed to use the AMCA Seal during the previous calendar year or a minimum assessment of $4,000.

A: AMCA - the Air Movement and Control Association International Inc. is an international not-for- profit trade association serving industry and the public since 1917.

One of AMCA's most important functions is operating its many Certified Ratings Programs.

In support of these programs, AMCA maintains independent product performance testing laboratories on an international scale.
